Hi I'm having a complete nightmare in your hotel at Irvine.
Here's the story, I checked in for three nights and checked out after one night after a disaster in your restaurant.
After speaking to the duty manager he refunded me for the meal, however when I checked out in the morning due to poor communication he forgot to leave a note, therefore I was charged for the total stay and without my knowledge charged gin for the stay without the meal.
I always use a credit card to check into a hotel, but use a European travel card to pay for my travels as I live between Greece England and California and it makes life much simpler.
So here's the summary because of his mistake I have to wait 30 days to have the money credited back to my account and when the money comes back to my account I will be back in the uk.
Quite frankly I found the whole stay at your hotel a nighmare
