Hi. I'm requesting a refund for both my copy of FIFA 16, and all of the money I have spent on buying FIFA points to spend on FIFA 16 ultimate team. The game is by far the most shocking FIFA I have ever played, with the online gameplay worse than anything you can imagine. The amount of lag in every single game is shocking, the game is unplayable. I have tried absolutely everything including opening all ports, setting a static IP address to my Xbox, buying a new Xbox one, buying a new FIFA 16 disk, buying a new up to date TV, buying a new router, changing from BT infinity 2 to Virgin media vivid 200, buying new and the best Ethernet cables, buying the best hdmi cables, resetting the Xbox hundreds of times, making a new account for FIFA, yet none of these solves the problem. I no longer want to waste my time or money on the game and would like a full refund for the game, and the points I've bought to spend on packs. Thanks. Nathan.
