Hi! I'm Zelia. I would love to buy another Ford vehicle - My last car was a 1995 Explorer that made it to 270,000 miles! But... I need your help. I recently had a call back for a Ford commercial (that shoots in the next couple of weeks) and I would love it if you could give my career a boost by having me hired! I watched as a lot of stuff I auditioned for this year go to daughters and friends of producers etc and since I don't have those kinds of connections, I figured I'd reach out and make one.
I have a lot of training (Groundlings and Meisner), tv (Sons of Anarchy), and commercial experience (I did a Hispanic market commercial last year for you guys, and it's my only car commercial so you don't have to worry about my face selling someone else's car!) I don't want a free car or a handout - I just need some clout to keep my career in drive so I can afford to keep auditioning for awesome tv and movie roles - and so I can afford to get a sweet new Ford instead of the salvage title Kia death trap I'm in now.
I am just as good, if not better than, the other actresses who auditioned for this series of spots. You should hire me. General Market full use etc.
If I don't get a general market commercial with you guys, I'll still love Ford and I'll still buy another one. But if another car company would like to hire me for their commercial, I will take the job. It would be nice to stick with a company that I actually like, though.
