Callum sent a message to Andrew Wilson CEO, Electronic Arts Inc. – email address that said:
Hi I've had a problem with EA sports UFC2 my ultimate fighter team has been rolled back or it did not sync to the cloud database and Ive lost all my progress, items and moves for my fighters which I've spent around £12GBP on in game items aswel as the game. I've contacted customer services about my problem they asked me for proof with screenshots and videos of purchases using paypal etc, to be sent to a "specialist team" I sent them all and they said there was nothing they could do and proceeded to offer me 3 basic packs which is the equivalent of about £3GBP I'm am disgusted by this offer I've not played the game since this has happened over 2 months ago and its a quarter or what I had originally spent on in game content, I do not want to lose faith in EA cause I buy a lot of the games you make, but this is highly frustrating I feel I've been robbed by a multi million dollar company. I've contacted UK watchdog about this situation and now I'm reaching out to you the director and CEO of the company I like something to be done it almost feels like EA do not care about us the consumer/gamer. This is wrong I provided everything they asked me for I have documented everything and I can forward them on to you if needs be, I really hope you can help me with this situation. I'll look forward to your response
