Hi James, my name is Tamara and im a manager for your Eagan mn location.. I was fired today due to not returning a customer's phone call. I have been with your company 4 years and helped open this call center, I have been a loyal employee to your company even after being discriminated against from the beginning of my hire. Ive had other managers make black face jokes amongst other things and even after reporting this the other managers still there and was never talked to. Even them I held my mouth shut and continued working for the company and to get fired during the holidays is a slam in my face please call so we can talk.. Respectively yours,Tamara
