I (the company's that I have worked for and my company Golden Gate Mechanical, Inc.) have been a customer of Grainger's for a long
time. I grew up in Chicago and I think that your company (Grainger's) has missed out of a fair amount of business (Because people like me) will not purchase from Grainger's unless I absolutely need to order from your company. I have expressed my concerns multiple times in the past (Grainger's employees) but it does not seem to matter -that is why I am contacting you directly.
