Hi Jim
My name is Rajesh and I am the CEO of a human-centred strategy consulting firm out of Bangalore called Centre of Gravity.
I am currently doing a Global Leadership Program at Yale and hence in US at regular intervals over the next few months.
I have heard and read a lot about SAS and its outstanding credentials when it comes to people practices. I am keen to travel to your office in NC, meet with a couple of senior leaders who could take me through what makes SAS such a great place to work and if possible even meet up with you for a real short bit as a matter of inspiration. It would be really great if I could spend a day or two in the campus meeting some people who work and having impromptu chats with them. I could come over sometime between March 28-29-30 if that works.
I hope to write at some point an article on great places to work with in the Yale Insights Magazine as well, apart from inspiring me to make the company I run ( Centre of Gravity) into one such place.
