Cindi sent a message to John B. Koch, Chief Executive Officer and President, PODS Enterprises, Inc. – email address that said:
Hi John,
I just got a quote 2 hours ago, called back to hire pods, got the same quote, then when I went to give my credit card the price went up $200. The agent said it was because of the address location that they put in and that the quote was only an estimate. I had given both the agents all the address information and also gave them a previous quote information that had all of my address information on it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they gave me to a senior agent, and she got the difference down to $117, but that was all she could do. When I said I would contact you since the supervisor wouldn't talk the me, the supervisor, Ron, decided to speak with me then. He said no one could help me with this, not even the call center head, Eric, and that is just how it is. Ron came across very condescending and uncaring. This was terrible customer service and they made me feel like I was the one trying to pull a fast one when all I wanted was to simply get the price I was quoted twice. I started out excited to have my moving containers booked but ended up canceling the whole thing, and we are only talking about a $117 difference.
Thank you for your time,
Cindi
