Hi John my name is Mike . Im writting this email just to ask for your help in resolving an issue. I sent an email also to Dan Schulman if you are familier with that name. He is one of the people in charge over at pay pal. I recently had a not so pleasent experience with my first time Ebay purchase and do not seem to be able to get the proper help i need from the wonderful customer support team on there level. If you could please contact me at your earliest convenience i would love to go over the details of my issue with you and possibly come up with a solution to my problem and maybe even a resolution for similar issues in the future.
