We have employees that do what they want and managers that can care less about there job . The managers at night sit in the office on there phones all night tell the employee's that sitting the door isn't there job that they have to do it them selves.. they can't cook,, when problems start to go on I stop what I'm doing waiting on tables you help the cooks out in the kitchen as I know how to cook in the kitchen as well.. I loose out on money because of this. The GM of the store dosent care she won't come to a night shit to see how it's running. Me and another server have asked her multiple times to Come to see what's going on just pop up and she won't.. we have servers that do what ever they want,, they don't do it like it's supposed to be and they don't care we try to tell then and they just basically say we are not thete Boss.. we are not trying to be the boss customers should receive the same kind of service every time they enter the doors to one of our restaurants..Can we please have some one come fix our store and get it to the way it's suppose to be. Out franchise office seems to not care... we need help...
