This is to bring to your notice that i Mr. mohan from Sainikpuri, Hyderabad, Telangana State India had a bad experience with your brand Kinley Soda . I purchased Kinley Soda from one of the retailers in the sainikpuri area. The shop name is Agarwal Kirana and General Stores, Sainikpuri, Hyderabad. But unfortunatwely the soda has no gas in it. It was just like normal water. When i tried to ask the shop keeper, he said he is unable to solve my problem. I contacted your company's toll free number and spoke to one Mr. Deepak. After long discussion and heated arguement he finally agreed to raise a complaint. But I am not sure the complaint will be taken care of. So I am forced to put this mail to you. I have spent 10 INR equals to 15 cents each time I purchased the soda. finally the gist of my mail to you is who has to bear the loss for the mistake from the bottling unit or company's side??
Neither the distributor nor the shop keeper did take the responsibility. It seems the distributor said to teh shop keeper that it is not their mistake and they are not responsible.
