Hi Laura, I will try to be brief. On December 23rd, I ordered a beautiful media center from Pottery Barn. It arrived in Denver on December 29th. I have been informed it is still there and will not be delivered from the HUB until January 24th. I am in Albuquerque which is a six hour drive. I tried talking to several people about why and could we move up the date? No one was empowered to help me. It was all very frustrating and I gave up and my date stands. The process took me two hours. I am happy to report that I then talked to Pottery Barn customer service and they agreed to waive $399 of my $500 dollar charge for shipping. I am sharing this info because I believe you would want to know that your shipping/moving company represents Pottery Barn poorly and no one there seemed to care nor give me a reason for such a lengthy delay. It is clearly a problem and unfortunately, I will probably not order big items such as this from your company again. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to contact you.
