Hi, LR66APU I waited over 6 months for my new company car to be delivered having – Martin Winterkorn email address

Jason sent a message to Martin Winterkorn CEO, Volkswagen Group – email address that said:

Hi,
I waited over 6 months for my new company car to be delivered having ordered with our partner Lex. It was delivered to me 15th November 2016 – when I drove it, it pulled to the left and the steering wheel was off centre – I couldn’t keep the car safely on the road and called the dealer in Watford who supplied the new car. They advised calling a local Audi dealership so Lex and I did, but they wouldn’t see my car until 21st December and advised we call Audi Assist – we did and they sent a VW technician out very quickly – the car was inspected and fault noted as we test drove it in the car park. They said on safety grounds the car would be towed away the next day as it was too late and take it to Slough Audi. That evening I sorted my own transport home and three days later I am still sitting in a courtesy car and my new car is in the dealership as they can’t yet resolve.

Not a great start to my relationship with my first Audi and I’m hoping you can help resolve. I have no confidence in this new car and even if they can fix it, why should we accept a new car that has already needed repair – doesn’t give me confidence moving forward. Ideally I’d want it sent back and another sent out but in the meantime an acceptable courtesy car until this is resolved.

Thank you
