Hi Mam, I'm Joseph one of your customer using mobile and Home broadband (Mio). I have issue on my phone for replacement (under mobile swop) I called yesterday to inform your hotline(1688) and make an arrangement today and put to the 2nd schedule (2-6pm) I try to arrange to the operator around 6pm because my working hours is 8am-5pm, but the operator told me to ask the delivery man to arrange the timing.
The delivery man call me around 4:22pm and telling me that he can reach around 5 mins. But that time I'm still at work and try to arrange for 6pm.(That's the operator said), then he say (delivery man) cannot because no more office at 6pm. I try to arrange 5:30 and he rejected me because of heavy rain, and telling me to arrange other day. So I call your hotline(1688) to have a complain, and the guy who answered, call the mobile swop team and told me to call me again. It was 4:56pm when the hotline (1688) call me back and informing that 10 mins mobile swop team will call me, but until now did not receive anything.
Kindly attend to this matter because it is quite frustrating that they reject your preferred appointment timing.
