Hi Mark, this is Harish here from Bangalore, India. I bought a Ford Figo Aspire with one of the dealer in India, which is Cauvery Ford, an authorized dealer for Ford India. I bought this car with tremondous dreams I gifted this to my parents on there anniversary. I had also taken this by doing all the rituals poojas (Which normally we Indians do). I spent all my savings to this car, which is worth of just Rs.10Lakhs. (This a huge amount for a middle class men like me). That too I just graduated (2years back). Now there are too many issues this car, any of the Ford dealers in India is hesitating to solve. I directly visted the showrooms, no response. I posted on twitter copying Ford India, as well as Ford wordwide, there also no proper response. They are informing me to take it back to the same place where I bought. There are hell lot of issues with that shitty service people there. Those people are not at all interested in the buiness I guess. First time I met with a minor accident, they took 18 days just to replace back door back bumper. Next during my first service, there was a engine issue, they rectified it however, but still at 2000kms milage itself some engine fault, which you need to think about it. They solved it so, I chucked the info. During the same service I had informed about the music system issue. But they had solved it temporarily. I had too much of work so I could not give the car to the service immedietly. So, thought of using the 2nd serive which they fix at 10000kms, I infomred them about all the details with a page of problems. In that 75% were unsolved. I have given them back the car now. They have taken 5 days, till date to solve the issues, they are saying it might take another 2 to 3 working days, just for the minor faults. Now my question is why cant they replace the vehicle or refund the amount that I have payed leave me peacefully instead of giving me a MENTLE TORTURE of keeping the vehicle with them all the time. Out of 4 months 15 days. They have only kept the vehicle for around 25 - 28 days including free service period. Now I also do not understand, what do I need to do? Because I am very small at age to take the decisions. Kindly advise me accordingly being a role model for me?
