I have recently purchased ford Ecosports from Elite ford dealer (Bangalore, India), I had a bitter experience with the sales representative who does not have any knowledge on the product.
Today I have given my car for the 1st service, I am supposed to get the car serviced and delivered it to me by 6:00pm IST. Now it is 7:30PM IST and i dont have any update on my car delivery, I need to drive 2 hrs to my destination (Bangalore is known for traffic).
More than the service delay, keeping the customer in dark is the worst thing i expect from ford.
As a new customer, I rate elite ford experince the worst.
If i do not get the response in next 12 hrs, I will take up the issue with next channel.
