Hi Marvin Ellison,

I am in the Apparel Industry for last 26 years, I have Extensive Sourcing experience from several countries, I could be a very big asset for JC Penney Company.

I can source very good quality apparel products at a very good prices, which will result in 10 to 25 % + additional margins.

With my good sourcing contacts from different countries, I can arrange to produce the goods without LC's, On DP basis upto $100 Million worth of goods.

I would like to meet with you and discuss more details in person.

Please advise your comments.

Thanks Regards.
