Glad you're the new CEO of JC Penney. I know you're gonna turn around the company. I've been shopping there since the 80's (my mom would take me).
I just wanted to let me know that... your Facebook page has low activity amongst your fans. You have 4+million fans... they should be raving about your page so that others could discover it.
Also, if you don't post high quality engaging content, then you're missing out on potential customers. Think about it? If someone hasn't shopped at JC Penneys in 5 months and all of a sudden they see something on their Facebook feed from your company - don't you think they're gonna check out your page and maybe your website?
