Hi Marvin
My name is Nazra and l ordered some clothes from JCPENNEY. I ordered 6 tops and estimated date of delivery was the 23rd of March. Only 2 tops has been delivered and I have sent 2 emails as to why the rest of the items have not been delivered but I have had no response from JCPenney. I live in New zealand and I ordered the goods to be delivered to my sister in law as she is traveling to New Zealand and she would bring it her. It is with reluctance that I am writing this email to you as I have had bad experience with JCPenney recently. I have alway liked your clothes and that is the reason I have ordered goods from you.
