Hi Mdm,

I am one of your SIngtel Prestige Members, like to share with you of my feedback on the incident that happen on 31th Dec 2015 at 12:30hrs Sunday, my house phone,MIO internet was down. Immediately i try to reboot system but it was not working, have call Singtel Hotline to ask for assistance and they unable to assist me. They have make an appointment for the Singtel technician to come troubleshoot the matter at my house on the 3rd Jan 2016 at 1500hrs, unfortunately problem was not solve he told me that it was cause by the opennet and will get them to rectify the next following days.
On 4th Jan 2015 Monday at 1300hrs, Singtel call me inform that opennet will be doing the troubleshoot outside my house at 1800hrs and till today no news update from them.
Mdm can you pls look into this matters ASAP, my family need the internet house phone urgently since 31th Dec 2015 till now we cant use the house phone, internet MIO. For surely my mobile data will be very expensive for this month cause my wife is having project examination for his Master and she need to do a lot of assisgnment.
Pls Mdm , i need you to look on this matter urgently.
