Hi Michael,

I am contacting you regarding the shambolic experience I have recently suffered when flying with Ryanair. I have sent a complaint which I am happy to forward you and I am not happy with the response / responses that I have had back. My main issue (amongst many) is that I paid for allocated seating when I checked myself and the five passengers in however when boarding the flight home (from Dublin to Stansted) we were told that we could not sit in these seats because they do not exist and everyone has to sit wherever they can. I understand problems happen but all I want is a refund for the seat I paid for and did not get however I have been told I am not entitled to this. Why not? I paid for a service which I did not get so surely it’s fair that I have this money returned? I can forward you my letter and the replies if you wish; I just want to gain an understanding as to why I can’t have my money refunded.
