I am not sure if you would read my email, but i would like to give you some feedback as an account manager of a marketing agency.

The only way to increase sales for your company which will make you wealthier, you will need to make sure 1. hire people with little common sense 2. make sure they apply a good customer service 3. make sure you act professional. 4. make sure they know how to apologies.

Unfortunately I have sent an email to your customer service and reply back using auto reply. It has been three weeks and nobody has an answer to my question nor apply for the rude replies I received from your staff on the phone, email and live chat! its a shame.

Perhaps you are rich enough and do not care about how your people treat your customers, but remember one day there is going to be another cheap flight and they will give a better service and soon enough Ryan-air eventually will disappear. Im sure you are business man and you understand on 21st century this is now how an airline should treat their customers.
