i recently booked flight Glasgow to Londonderry (Derry) to go on business.
now i booked through your website and done 2 transaction one for flight then later i booked extra baggage. but do you think i can get a receipt from your company to claim back my expenses? yep you guessed correctly i cant in fact i have been passed to every department possible to try and get these but 3 days later still nothing. in fact one off your employees told me for international flights i wouldn't get a receipt as i cant claim the VAT back wow hope this was not the pilot i was talking too
