Gemma sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Hi Michael,
I know you probably get a lot of emails which state how poorly run your company is run oor your staff are rude etc.but this one is totally different. From the moment i needed assistance with the two issues i had i must say your staff and your business went above and beyond the call of duty.
1. My mother traveled with a broken leg to Malaga but as the week went on the heat/sun irritated the leg so much she just wanted to go home, As i was flying a day earlier i decided at 5.00pm on the 7th of June to see if your staff could get her on the 21.35 flight the same night with me. The staff member i spoke to in your online chat was the best customer service staff i could have asked for. he changed our flight and was a pleasure to deal with even allocated my mother and father a seat together. An absolute gem.
2. With my mother on crutches we were a bit rushed to get on the plane and my partner left his work laptop at the boarding gate. We only realized this when we were on the pane in our seats! The air hostesses you had working on that flight were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond too get our bag. Their friendliness and manner was absolutely amazing. That was the malaga to dublin flight 21.35 on the 7th of June.
So I never send these emails or even write a review but i just though this was an amazing experience and i would definitely fly Ryanair over Aerlingus any day.Thank you from me my partner mother and father.
