Hi Michael. I wonder if you could help me as I'm assuming if anybody at RyanAir knows their elbow doesn't have a hole in it, it'll be you. I left a wallet on Flight FR5996 to Madrid on Friday.
In it is my Driving Licence with my address on and 250 If you can get it posted back to me, I'll split the cash with you 60/40 in your favour.
In all seriousness, I generally enjoy your airline's service very much but this has been a colossal embuggerance.
