Mary sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Hi Michael, in desperation I am emailing you, I booked a flight from stansted uk to Brno, I am 80 years old and got a really cheap flight to see my New Zealand family, there are there for a holiday, when I got my booking I was charged £30 for a seat each way, I have rang them over a dozen times and each time they say grey can't do anything about it, I did not press anything to ask for these seats and I am going to have to cancel the whole trip, I was born in donabate Eire and I am very sad of the way I was dealt with by the people I rand,, my calls were £3-60 a minute and the people I spoke to who were not Irish were ver unfriendly and uncaring, I would appreciate if you could look into it and matey get the £30 extra they charged me for seats I did not order cancelled.
