Me and my family took a flight yesterday from Santorini to Athens, and it was delayed for 18 hours.. Yes 18!! We lost 4 connection flight from other airlines, and has to buy all tickets again to be able to get back home (Chile) thanks to the delayed of the flight we lost more than 3000 euros, (I have every receipt, booking number and information about) we were told we will get a refund be pause of the delayed, just to go online and fill the form, but now that we are doing that, it is only valid if you DONT TAKE THE FLIGHT. Of course no one told us that in the airport, and there was no other I option of leaving than just waiting. We want an answer, is crazy that being such a big and Rich company no one takes care of all the damage caused. And there are no emails or ways to contact the airline. We really want and answer and a refund
