Roy sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Hi Michael , my wife booked a flight to gran canaria in July to be sure of a flight this Dec.ref AL48GS at a reasonable price assuming a last minute one now would be unlikely or if available be very costly. Low and behold we pensioners now find that to book two seats this week would cost 236euro against the 861 euro she paid in July!!
How can this be so. I know you are a shrewd businessman but not a greedy one!
We have written to your customer services but they have explained it away somehow.
Thre is nothing we can do about it now as we are looking forward to having Christmas in Gran Canaria and our hotel,is booked.
What do you think, is this fair pricing and can you do anything about it.
