Hi Micheal,
I recently purchase a return ticket to Ibiza on September 12th 2016 Reservation: PKP29F £216.92 on your airline. I contacted your staff and told them I wished to cancel within the 12 hour period for medical reasons and I was refused a refund.
I would be grateful if you could rectify this as my seat will be empty.
