Nathan sent a message to David Abney Chief Executive Officer of UPS Email Address that said:

Hi Mr. Abney, I am currently dealing with a situation with you company. I ordered a sleep number bed. Their were 5 boxes to be delivered. I received only 4 and according to your staff my package is considered lost. The packages I did receive were actually delivered to a different address and luckily that person came over to let me know the packages were delivered to him. I am very unhappy with the service. All 3 of the customer service representatives I spoke with did not resolve anything and just referred me to contact the shipper. I had to make the 3rd rep open an investigation for the lost package because he kept telling me to contact the shipper. I will give a couple days to see if your staff can locate my package. If I have a choice for shipping I will never use UPS services again.
