Duan sent a message to Mark Bertolini – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aetna – Email Address that said:
Hi Mr. Bertolini, with all due respect I truly hate to contact the CEO but since we cannot get anything resolved with Aetna, I have no other option at this point. We have lost our area rep for the state of WV, so we are at the mercy of the telephone reps and senior telephone reps which have not be able to resolved our issue. Our doctors are Radiologist and we read for 5 major hospitals in our area that we read for and about 30 other facilities. All of our claims are being processed correctly except for one facility (HIMG) located here in WV. I need a direct contact with someone at Aetna to assist us with the denied claims. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Duan
