Rishab sent a message to Vittorio Colao CEO, Vodafone – email address that said:

Hi Mr.Colao

I am an Indian customer and I wanted to highlight the state of pathetic customer service in India.
The call center systems, the CIM systems and the people operating our queries are all ill-equipped to handle the queries.
I visited the vodadone india website 10 days back to pay my bill.
The site said that I need to pay a minimum amount rather than the entire bill amount. I did that, but after the last date of bill payment I started receiving messages instructing me to pay the pending amount.
I put a query regarding this at the vodafone customer care in India, but everytime they call me I have to explain my query again(since there is no concept of a case history) and I get a new ticket number. Its been around 7-8 days and I have received some 5-6 calls regarding this.
Still, no resolution !!!
