Hi Mr. Dailey,
I wanted to speak with you about my experience with your claims dept recently. Sorry, to say it was frustrating, poor customer service. a particular employee was very frustrating, unprofessional. I called your los angeles offce to report this issue. I feel it is important you know just what your Employee are saying to customers.
I Experienced the most frustration in dealing with your emplyess and your client was at fault in the accident she rear ended my vehicle.
I have had to call and follow up on my claim with your office and I was not the person at fault.
I see on your web you talk about having the best employees. Sorry to say in my experience the last two weeks you don't.
