Hi Mr Dan Schulman ,I am sending this issue about a late fee. My payment never was late. Whoever took care of sending the payment to my bank added an extra 2 on my bank account that why the bank did not honor the payment . I believed that I do not had to be charged for a computer error . please I like you to reverse the charges of the $25.00 to my account # 5049906032069635 thanks a lot for you help to clarify this matter. Besides this email I fax a request to head quater. They never got back to me to see what was the outcome of this matter. Thanks again Jose
