I have no choice but to reach out to you. My name is Grace and my fiancé and I purchased about $8,000.00 worth of appliances four our Kitchen and laundry room. The assistance that we got in store was fantastic. Now, the service for delivery has been nothing but I nightmare. I purchased a washer dryer with pedestals and the first time they came to deliver the items my pedestals were of different color. It took two weeks to correct and deliver the right ones. Upon delivering my matching pedestals, I get a phone call from the Delivery service stating that they installed the pedestals but my washer and dryer are both broken. They were working perfectly fine prior to the install. I was told they left my appliances in the rain while situating the pedestals. Long story short, I've had the machines less than a month and I'm getting the run around about a technician needs to look at them. ... I'm tired and the holidays are coming. I bought my first house and trusted you JCPENNEY to provide me with quality service and products. It's been nothing but a night mare. My washer and dryer have yet to come. I have loads of laundry and I am not getting anywhere with your customer service. This falls under 30 days return and I'm afraid that time will pass and we will get stuck with broken it's that I paid thousands of dollars for. Please help me! I feel like I'm just running into a wall and not getting anywhere.
