Hi Mr. Ellison,
I m writing to let you know that JC Penney's online ordering and picking up in the store is a nightmare. I ordered 2 items on December 15th. I waited 5 days, then I decided to contact customer service by phone. I sat on hold for 35 minutes and then the representative told me that one of the items were canceled because it is not in stock. The representative told me that the other item could not be identified where it was. This is UNACCEPTABLE. As of today, the ordered status online states that it is completed. How can it be completed when i do not have my items. I have been a customer of JC Penney for years and would like an explanation of what is going on.
