Hi Mr. Ellison, I'm having a problem with a mattress I purchased from JCPenney's in Aug. of 2013 called the Applause. It was replaced in Jan. of 2014, and now in July of 2015 the teck is stating it has to be replaced again. Problem is JCPenney's does not carry this mattress anymore.I called Serta mattress and they stated that they upgraded the applause and now call it Vantage. Your company states that they will refund my money that I paid for this mattress. Being a good shopper I purchased this mattress at 50% off and my sister is an employee there ,so that was another 25% off. In the warranty booklet,Serta states if mattress is discontinued it will be replaced with one of equal. Your store says it can't do that because the skew numbers won't match. What good is a 25 year warranty. Penney's will give me my money back , but that will not buy me a mattress of equal quality. Can no one read what is given to the consumer. I would appreciate any help you can give. I thought a consumer had some rights.
