I've been with your company 5 years an I'm a diamond member I really don't appreciate the way he's giving me the run around about my car its been 12 days since I hit a deer in my car n he's still giving me the run around I've given him all the information that he needed n he still says he needs more its hard for me to try to get a ride to work n I told him that but he still says he need n more than what I can give him.
