Trust you are well.
I want to compliment you on the manner in which you run your business in excellence and humility.
I am a business owner in South Africa and my husband is a huge fan of the ADIDAS brand and so am I.
Last year we looked for months for the ADIDAS superstar, is was available online but not in stores where we live, which is Durban.
I tried different avenues to contact you guys and just could get through to someone in assisting us.
I realized that ADIDAS does not have a Contact Centre for clients in SOUTH AFRICA, Im not sure but other countries.
Mr Hainer, I have a Contact Centre and am currently involved in sales and marketing.
I would love the opportunity of hosting and managing a customer contact centre in South Africa for ADIDAS.
I know and understand that technology is the way to go in this day and age, however there is a large number of people that don't have access to these things and really would prefer speaking to someone that will able to assist them with a specific item.
Your time taken to consider my offer would be highly appreciated.
