Hi, Mr. King. I've been back and forward with contacting BbT and have had no success in getting someone to understand me. I stopped using my account a few months ago because I was being carged for overdraft, when every time I purchased something, Id make sure that the funds were there. Your representatives have been telling me that I did not have the funds, when I know for a fact that I did. When I stopped using the account I was negative a little over $300. Now after mysterious overdraft fees and extra charges, my account is negative $938.20! To be honest, I can't afford any unnecessary bills. I've tried to cancel the account, but I was told that I had to pay the amount off prior to cancelling, but how am I supposed to do that when I don't even know what I'm paying for. Since I was aware of the amount that I owed when I stopped using the account, I have no problem paying it. I'll even pay up to $400, since I cant remember the exact amount, but Im not going over that, because I've attempted to make it right and I just feel like Im getting screwed over by BbT. Please help!
