Im sending you this quick note to brag on one of your customer service/sales supervisors Casey. I spoke with Casey on 6.17.2017 regarding the logistics of moving one of our pods (order number: 767285; PIN 0529) after THREE customer service associates either gave us incorrect information or were unable to resolve our issues. Casey was professional, courteous, and demonstrably committed to the customers happiness. If you are able to track down this person, I would suggest giving him a slap on the back for a job well done, because we were on the edge of severing our business with PODS, and Casey saved it.
