Hi Mr.Levatich, We just got back from a 4,000 mile trip out west. My husband Tom who is a 69 year old disabled vet, bought a new 2016 Ultra Classic. Tom who is on a limited income bought a new upgraded heated seat for my comfort so I would join him in his adventure. I truly wish he didn't spend his money because it was still uncomfortable..I think if you took the passengers comfort into consideration you would have more men buying bikes because their wives would continue to travel with them. I know too many couples quit traveling because the wife is so uncomfortable. It is also too windy for the back passenger even though Tom also bought an upgraded windshield. I wish he kept the original new windshield that came with the bike. I feel like the money was wasted because I probably won't go on any more long distance trips. I believe you would make more money if you catered to the women in the back. Now after buying a new bike, Tom will probably ride it less without me joining in his adventures.
Respectfully, Susan
