Hi Mr. Mulligan. I really like shopping at Target in the U.S. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I am Canadian and I hate to say it but we are not as friendly, and outgoing as Americans. Our reluctance to put ourselves out there really shows in our customer service skills. When you begin assessing Canadian stores, I suggest you also assess the "culture" in each store as it varies significantly. The Appleby Line store in Burlington sucks at customer service, but the Waterdown, Ontario location exemplifies good customer service with knowledgable and friendly staff. The welcoming feeling in Waterdown is outstanding. They truly appreciate customers and their business. I hope you find this helpful. Regards,Darlene
