Hi Mr Oleary
I recently contacted your customer services which were totally inadequate in giving any reasonable explanation to my question . I purchased 5 seats there and back to Lanzarote for a total of £109.90 and when I was billed your company had charged me £18 for the privilege on my card surely this can't be right . It is the first time we have used your company and it will definitely be the last if this how you go about trying to encourage people to fly with you my booking reference is GMPCQT
