hi mr. peter Adderton . my name is Eddie i have been with boost mobile from 2004 till present that 12 years its longer than some marriage's .I was given a promo code for a phone galaxy j7 but when i did it they never took off 30% i payed full price and that was at around 9pm i bought it 9pm nyc time by the time i could reach anyone it was in the am and they said you had 4 hours to get in touch with them thats imposiable because it was to late the service center operator is not there after 10pm they took my money and never gave me a discount i got the run around all day. Boost mobile sent it anyway I'am a loyal costumer as you can see .please i would like them to rectify my situation thank you Eddie
