Hi Mr. Post , My reason for contacting you is due to the fact that i feel like i was mistreated by your customer services agents on numerous of times . We have had services with Century link since of 2004 and all of a sudden i had a contract that i wasn't aware of . I was told that i could transfer my fax number to Verizon but never told i would have a contract with them as well . Now i'm being charged for two disconnections a total of $480.00 which i didn't agree too . So here you have me contacting you to see if you could possibly help me some of these issues , as I would still be a business customer if wasn't for all the issues that occurred With the services provided to me .
