International Systems of America, LLC (ISA) sent a message to J. Paul Raines Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation Email Address that said:
Hi Mr. Raines. ISA is a vendor of Gamestop. We enrolled March 6, 2016 to receive electronic payments from Gamestop via Gamestops ACH Enrollment form that lists my email address for remittance advice. ISA is receiving these payments however, Gamestop is not sending remittance advice so we can apply the payment accordingly. I have sent numerous emails to your Grapevine, TX office but no one will respond. I tried contacting Helena Rainer by phone today; her voice mail greeting states she is not taking calls today. Can you please offer me direction.
