Hi Mr. Roberts, My name is Michael I am writing because there was a cell phone activation made on my – Brian Roberts email address

Michael sent a message to Brian L. Roberts Chairman and CEO, Comcast Corporation – email address that said:

Hi Mr. Roberts,
My name is Michael I am writing because there was a cell phone activation made on my account  in 11/27/15 in the amount of $19.99 when I was told that I could transfer my cell phone service to Comcast. This seemed like a good idea because as a Tmobile cell phone customer who was paying $110 a month, $19.99 seemed like a great deal. As I learned later that Comcast doesn't provide this cell service (and that was Comcast has publicly indicated that Cell Service will be provided in 2017) and I remained with Tmobile, I assumed that this was a call center mix-up. If you check your records, you will see this cell service (which appears not to exist) was never used by myself).

When I went to the local Comcast office to pay my bill, I learned that I have phone service on my bill and I said that I only have internet service and I do not have a home phone. The Comcast representative provided the information above and that is when I remembered the history from November 2015.

After looking online, I found this article indicating Comcast will have cell service in 2017.

I am writing to get a refund for the monthly cell phone service charges that were billed and I paid on my account. Thanks in advance for your time and attention to this matter.

-Michael
