Stacie Nielsen sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge - Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. - Email Address that said:
Hi Mr. Rutledge, I have had some hard times lately and asked if my past due payment and current payment could be extended by one day. I would have the total paid on June 30th and after having a conversation w/Charlie and Tony, they said no way - not their policy. They said they would rather lose a customer than extend by one day. I have been a paying customer of T/W and now charter for years and this is what I get in return? The service has not been great and now, I cant have 24 hrs. to pay my bill. You would rather see me leave? Why? Why would any company want to do this? Well, I contacted ATT today. I hated doing this, but I just cant understand a company that would treat their good customers this way - especially when they are down on their luck and especially when Im not asking for anything but 24 hrs. to pay my bill. Do you not care? This makes me feel horrible and apparently after reading reviews of Spectrum, Im not alone. I guess you guys really dont care, but I dont understand -- did you get mistreated when you were young or are you so rich, that people who struggle day-to-day dont matter to you? I guess Ill never know, but you guys are the worst. Its mean to write this, but I hope it comes back to bite you -
