Hi Mr. Rutledge,
I'm emailing you concerning my issue with Charter. I've been a customer over 10 years and enjoy the services that you provide(we currently use Internet, TV, Home Phone, and have a fax line). My wife works from home and requires the use of internet, phone, and a fax line. We just moved into a new build home, and Charter services the area. We have requested to transfer our service to the new location. After several phone calls and conversations with reps over the phone and two trips to the local office, my excepted service date is December 27, 2016(todays date is October 10, 2016). This would leave my wife without the use of internet for over 60 days. Obviously there are other providers in the area that can provide the services that are needed for my wife to work from home. Im really baffled as to why it would take this long to hook up service to a home that is in an area currently being serviced by Charter. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached by phone
Thank You,
Larry
